Program Curriculum
Students will learn essential customer service skills for event coordinators, hospitality representatives, retail sales associates and food & beverage servers.
48-Week Program Structure
Includes 24-weeks of practical work experience in Canada. Each term has two courses. All courses will include guest lectures by executives from leading companies.

Admission Requirements
- ILAC English level Pre-advanced 10, IELTS 4.5 or equivalent
- 18 years of age or older, high school/college diploma (English)
- Completion of the Career Profile Survey
- A letter of Intent to Receive Scholarship
- A minimum of 25 hours of work or volunteer experience in a Customer Service position.
- A resume and a letter of reference from an employer or supervisor
Work Placement

Students will have a work placement with a Customer Service focus. Placements are arranged in the hospitality, tourism and retail industries for the purpose of applying the professional skills learned in class to their real work experience. The work placement duration is 24 weeks long.
