From there, you’ll  explore the world of international cuisines and use ingredients and techniques from around the globe. And you won’t have to travel far from our cooking schools to experience other fantastic cuisines. Courses in our Culinary Arts programs explore American Regional Cuisine and the use of indigenous ingredients in the
preparation of traditional and contemporary American food.
